Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for the first withdrawal from a new account.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If a bet fails to register due to a server issue, the funds will be returned to your wallet within 30 minutes.
If a match is cancelled or does not conclude within 30 hours of its scheduled start time, all bets on that match will be voided and the stakes returned to your wallet.
The maximum payout per single bet is capped and varies according to the member's tier. Diamond Roller members may request a custom limit.

Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawals are allowed. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before you can withdraw.

Pkom will not be liable for service disruptions caused by technical errors, internet outages, or other unavoidable circumstances. However, in such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve any affected bets fairly.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective.
